Paul D. Ehrlich

Paul D. Ehrlich is a certified public accountant (CPA) specializing in tax planning, preparation and asset protection for high net worth individuals, corporations, and partnerships, and tax and business advisor for mergers and acquisitions for both public and private closely held businesses.

He holds a BA in Accounting from Queens College and an MBA in Taxation from Pace University. He was a Tax Manager at BDO Seidman and a Senior Shareholder Tax Specialist and Director of Financial Services from 1981 to 2000 at Feldman Sherb & Co. P.C. (formerly Feldman Sherb Ehrlich &Co. P.C.), a medium sized full service accounting firm. Paul has served as a board member for various private and public companies.

He is married with children and presently resides in Ridgefield, Connecticut.
