David R. Selznick

David R. Selznick is a certified public accountant (CPA) and attorney specializing in income tax, business succession and estate planning for owners and their closely held businesses.

He holds a BS in Accounting from Syracuse University, an MBA in Taxation from Pace University Graduate School of Business and a JD degree from Pace University School of Law (cum laude).

He was the Tax Partner-in-Charge of the White Plains office of BDO Seidman until 1994 when he opened his own firm. He is a former Chairperson of the Tax Section of the Westchester County Bar Association. David is also “of counsel” to the White Plains law firm of DelBello, Donnellan, Weingarten, Wiederkehr & Wise, LLP.

He is married with two children and lives in Somers, New York.
